Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the use of Uitleenklaar, a service of Klik&Shop, sole proprietorship, Paramaribohof 55, 2315 VW Leiden, KvK 98148362, VAT ID NL005310837B66. Contact: audit@taakloos.nl.

1. The service

Uitleenklaar is an online tool for organising your Wtta records: a checklist, a document vault with reminders and a PDF overview. Uitleenklaar does not provide legal advice, does not grant admission and is not affiliated with the Dutch government, the Netherlands Labour Authority or the NAU.

2. Trial and subscription

After signing up you get 14 days of free access. After that, Agency Basic costs €29 per month excluding VAT, paid in advance via Stripe (iDEAL, SEPA direct debit or credit card). The subscription renews monthly and can be cancelled monthly via “Abonnement beheren” (Manage subscription).

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your data, for your registration and admission application, and for renewing documents on time. Reminders are a convenience; we do not guarantee that they always arrive.

4. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the damage occurred, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

5. Availability and data

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Keep your own copy of important documents. See the privacy statement.

6. Changes and governing law

We may change prices and terms with at least 30 days' notice. Dutch law applies; disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Hague.
